Jellystone Hill Country

We are considering taking a trip down to JellyStone Hill Country this summer with the kids. Its not a short drive for us. The reviews I have read are about 50% good, 50% bad. I don't really want to drive that far just to find out the park is actually on the 50% bad side!! Anyone on here have any personal experiences with this park that they would be willing to share?

I haven't been to that one, but we are going to the Jellystone just west of Houston next month. I can let you know what we think of it but I have had several friends give it the 2 thumbs up.

Try RV Park Reviews. I have found the reviews to be helpful

Leroy, We are visiting the JS park on 290 in late May with our 5 yr grandson. I'll look forward to your review.
TripleJ, My expectations are that it will be very family/child oriented and not designed to cater at all to fulltimers or sightseers. We are taking this trip to see how our GS likes the trailer experience with an eye to some travelling with him as he gets a little older. My strategy is to wear him out in the pool and fill him up with hot dogs.

I was there last weekend. The staff were very friendly. It has two outdoor pools and one indoor pool, a jumping pillow, playgrounds, and more. The park was very clean with lots of young families camping at the park. I highly recommend the park.
