Lake Campgrounds in N.C.

Hello all. I am looking to take a trip to a lakeside campground/RV Park in North Carolina Virginia area. We will be looking to go the first week of April. I have a 32 foot Greyhawk and a 17 foot bass boat with a 50 Hp. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Check out Lake Jordan, near Apex, NC. Huge area and many different State Parks scattered around.

Clayton lake state park in Dublin Va off interstate 81 exit 101 I believe.....never crowded with boats....

You should checkout Kerr Lake, right on the NC/VA border. North Carolina has 8 separate Campgrounds scattered around lake. Virginia has a large COE campground near the Dam & a couple of State Campgrounds. All Campgrounds have boat ramps.
