Looking for Memorial Day suggestions

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for campgrounds. We live in eastern PA so we'd like to stay within a 4 hour drive. We have 4 kids so any suggestions that has activities would be great! Thanks

Sorry to sound negative here, but I think you're going to have a difficult time at this late date reserving a site anywhere for Memorial Day weekend, and if you're lucky enough to find one, it's most likely going to be a site that's "the pits" (like no hookups, small, very unlevel, etc.) or one that just became available due to a cancellation. However, I wish you luck, hope you can prove me wrong and have a great holiday weekend.


To be honest, this is even late for making a Fourth of July reservation.

Just a suggestion to campgrounds around the areas mentioned would be fine. Memorial Day, Fourth of July or anytime. I was just looking for suggestions of campgrounds that others have visited and liked. I have looked at a few places and there seems to be plenty of spots. Unfortunately, 4 kids and medical needs don't always allow for extended planning. Thank you for your response.
