Looking for recommendations for campgrounds in Virginia Beach and Outer Banks

We are planning our 2020 summer family vacation. Looking for recommendations for campgrounds in these areas. We have an 11yr old and a 3 yr old.

We've stayed at the KOA in Virginia Beach on General Booth Blvd that is within a couple of miles from the beach. They offer bike rentals and I think they run a seasonal shuttle. Naval Station Oceana is nearby that also has a nice campground.
