Orlando Disney for adults

Guys I need your input. Ill be in Orlando in Feb for the whole month at the lake magic resort in clermont to be more precised. I was looking at the Disney site and man o man its not cheap there

Now we are 2 adults 56 and 51. What is a must see there ? I was thinking about epcot and Hollywood studio, is this a good pick for two old farts ? If not go ahead with your suggestions

Thanks

Btw Ill be in vero beach in march, what about cape canaveral ? Is this something we should visit ?

I was 65 and boss was 61 when we went during 2010 Christmas week. Started with tickets for 2 days - ended up going 6 days. Took our time - took breaks and had a blast. Every ride and every show including kid shows. I'm 70 now and it's getting close to time to do it again because they got new stuff. It's all good(well except for the rude folks but they are every where in todays world .

I would suggest Epcot and Magic Kingdom.

Epcot is more geared for adults and Magic Kingdom is just Classic Disney. I don't care for Holywood Studio, but we do really like the Animal Kingdom.

You can pretty much find enjoyment and entertainment at any of the parks. We were older than you two when my wife and I went. I would agree with clubhouse. Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom for adults, in that order. But we found Hollywood Studio great fun too. Lots of things to appeal to various ages at all the parks. Magic Kingdom, in particular will bring back Disney memories from your childhood. I would suggest a day at each park.

And yes, definitely go to Cape Canaveral. It is kinda like Disney...only it is REAL!

As mentioned above: MK, AK and EPCOT skip HS.

Disney does a pretty good job of making sure that each park has something for every age. They also are good at taking your money too, but when I go, I try to forget about that part and just have fun.

I'm a bit younger with 2 kids though. Wife and I went a few times before kids and few times after kids. Experiences were much different, but both were fun. We are normally there for 6 days when we go. Never had a bad time!

We've gone to Disney quite a few times over the years so last year when we booked Ft. Wilderness (for 2 weeks) to kick off our snow birds season we decided not go go into the theme parks. What we did was each day we booked either a breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the resorts or Down Town Disney. Transportation was free since we stayed in the campground and we had a great time. Each night we took chairs, a hot cup of coffee and snacks and went down to the dock and watched the fireworks. We saved a lot of money and enjoyed it just as much. Just a though. Either way have a great time.
