Question Pets in Disney World?

The bride and I are thinking about a trip to WDW this fall. Are pets allowed? We plan to stay in the Wilderness CG in the 5th. Cookie the wiener dog says we can't go without her (says we won't have any fun).

Check the http://allears.net/acc/faq_fw.htm web site they have dedicated loops for dogs. We brought our Jack Russel in 2005 and had a spot near the the waterways that gave us quick access for walking. You can use the search feature to get all the facts.

Hey DMR, I did a search on their site and found what you said, "dedicated loops...". It also says you request the "pet friendly" loops during checkout from the "room and amenity" section but there's nothing there. Good to hear you were there with your Russel. I tried to open a "chat" with them yesterday evening but everyone apparently went home early.
Thanks for your input!

Your best bet is to use a Travel Agent to make Disney Reservations especially for the FORT. DISNEY's on line res system has a lot to be desired when it comes to the camp sites. Using a Travel Agent doesn't cost you any more and they can usually find if there are any AAA discounts available. Check your private messages.

Yep pets are OK on certain loops. Enjoy your stay there, we loved it last year!
