Back in sites are our preference! Better views than pull thru and seem to be more private!

We favor back in's when we are going to stay put for a few days and pull thru's for one night stops on the way to and from our destination. The one problem we have run into there is that pull thru's are often set up for large motorhomes towing a vehicle and the hook ups are such that the hoses don't reach the trailer when you have a tow vehicle in front. You wind up pulling too far forward in the space to stay hooked up.

Back in for me. Many pull throughs have too sharp of a curve for me to pull through. My truck is 22 feet long, the trailer is another 34 feet. It's just too much for some sites. I've had to back into a pull through before and then park the truck behind the trailer. That was a pain.

Back in. Because it's more like camping and less like pulling up to a drive in movie. We prefer campgrounds to rv parks.
