RV dump - Green Bay, WI

We stayed at Countryside Motel and RV in Little Sturgeon Bay for a few days. Nice, quiet campground but no dump.

We found this one traveling through Green Bay:

Public dump station, 2115 N Irwin Ave, Green Bay WI 54302. Free. I-43 Exit 187.

It was easy to get too and spacious.

I really dislike campgrounds that don't provide a dump station. We just stayed at a site in the South Dakota Black Hills that provided one, but we had to fork over $10 to use it. I found that odd also.

The one we just stayed at was very nice. But was out on in the country with no dump. I'm assuming it's expensive to put in septic next to the water (Lake Michigan/Sturgeon Bay).

I assume the $10 charge was due to the cost they have to pump out their underground tank?
