A google search produced very few places. This park in Pleasanton looks nice, but I've never been there. The town of Pleasanton and the surrounding areas have lots to do. If you are planning on doing things in the SF Bay area the morning commute can be problematic. Be prepared for sticker shock on fuel, dining and the like.

I'm failing to think of anything in Alameda or Contra Costa counties, especially for month-to-month stays.

If you head a little north, there's the Petaluma KOA. There also might be something in Marin county.

There are a few in Santa Clara as well as on the San Mateo and Santa Cruz county coasts. Inland and around the Delta have a few as well. Once you get around Silicon Valley the real estate costs and population make having an RV park in the area difficult. As GarlicDude say be prepared for really bad traffic (and Driving) and sticker shock on everything.

What are you coming to Alameda for?
