Silver Lake Resort

The family is at Silver Lake Resort on the back side of the June Lake Loop. Going to be here all week. Beautiful day, drove into June Lake for pizza dinner then drove down to Gull Lake to see the boat we are renting Wednesday. Don't care if we catch fish this week, just happy to be away from the heat of Carson City

We are considering Silver lake for a July trip with our 31' precept.

i know it was quite a few years since you went/posted on this place.
any thoughts on this place or other rv parks in the area?

We still love this place and still go every year, sometimes twice a year. We have learned that they have become very popular so calling for a reservation early if you have your dates picked is a must in my book. If the Silver Lake RV Resort is full there is a forest service campground (no hookups, but nice coin operated showers now) right across the street. The Cafe at the resort is a great place for breakfast but is small and gets crowded early.

Hope you all get to stay in that area and enjoy it as much as we do!
