Sleeping Bear Dunes Campgrounds

Hi all!
In case I can't get a spot at the Platte River CG, does anyone have any recommendations for private CG's? I see that there are several, but I trust there are several experienced Michigan camper's on JOF that can guide me to a family friendly CG (with electric!!).

Last August, we camped at the Traverse City KOA with full hook-up. It's actually a few miles south of Traverse City, in Buckley Mich. We really enjoyed our week at this CG and most days we drove the short distance into Sleeping Bear Dunes to see the sights there. We would certainly do it again. Staff there are very friendly and helpful, and the CG is very well maintained.

Last year we drove around Lake Michigan and one of our stops was Traverse City. We stayed at Timber Ridge -
