Smallest RV park in the world. 4 spots.

I have always wanted a RV park. Can't afford to buy one...so...I'm putting one in on Lake Travis on a lot I own southwest of Austin, hwy 71 west, 20 min. 200 ft from my home. Only 4 spots. Free basic wifi, basic cable and water. And FREE washer and dryer. It will be ready within 30 -45 days max. New well in, new septic system waiting on final inspection. 50 amp service.
5 min walk to private property owner water front park. Quiet, secluded. Small neighbor hood with no thru traffic, only about 10 houses and no traffic. Ranch across street with buffalo, watasua and Longhorns. Lots deer.
I'll go monthly $400 plus elect, weekly $240 including elect. Or nightly $40.00.

If this is not allowed please delete it.

Thanks Paul

Is it actually on the lake, or near the lake?

Does this mean you can be the Mayor also?

Sounds like an odd, but fun plan.

Though very few around, this is the kind of place I'd like to go. We like to fish, so if that's possible, may put this in the hopper for a future place to go. Only a little over 300 miles from us. Got any pictures of the site?

I'll post pics when septic covered. Texas in drought so lake down over 60 ft...hopefully drought ends soon. Still great fishing. My dock is on the ground, hit when 50 ft low. Travis almost 70 miles long. Only about 45 miles useable now.
My dock during normal times and how it is now.

Geez. Guess I shouldn't complain when Toledo Bend drops like it does. Heck we never fish over 20' water depth. Looks like a nice place. Hope yall can get some rain and fill it back up.

You know, in all seriousness, I knew about the drought in SoCal but not Texas!

The pictures are sobering indeed. Hope you turn the corner.

Pardon my ignorance but what the heck is a 'watanusa' ?

I think I actually fished back there back in the days when it was full! DW caught a LM bass there. I miss that lake when it was full, we sure did have some good times on our boat out there.

Anyway, I look forward to seeing some pics of the spots, that might be something DW and I would consider if there was space available, but with only 4 spots, seems like you would be full up most times!

Watusi...sorry spelled wrong. Cow that looks like longhorn but three times bigger horns from Africa.

Update:
Parked my camper in spot number 1 of the 4. Ready for final inspection on septic tomorrow. A RV has to be hooked up for inspection. Pads are all pink granite. No dust or dirt or mess in camper...green product. Septic is only inspection as in county...no elect...no nothing else.
Will be ready for first renter Friday.
