Snake River RV Resort

Spending a couple of days at our favorite "near home" RV park. Snake River RV Resort is near Homedale Idaho. About 20 miles west of Nampa. Sewer, water, 50 & 30 amp, wifi but no cable. Right on the Snake river. Beautiful, grassy parking. Showers and laundry.

Evel's Snake River venture was a good 150 miles East of Nampa. Twin Falls, ID. My brother's a welder in Twin. His company was recently commissioned to weld a new iron ramp for Snake River Rocket attempt, near the same location as Evel's attempt. May be an event coming up soon for us all to re-live.

FYI - for those who didn't know, Evel was from Montana! Butte, Montana.

We were there a few times when we lived in Boise. Beautiful area. The Treasure Valley is appropriately named. I used to love to fish the Snake River as I believe I read somewhere that every fresh water species of fish found in North America swims there.
