Summer trip going to Cedar Point amusement park

Ok just looking for ideas. Starting point is NY going into PA then Ohio to go to Cedar Point amusement park, and was thinking of Michagan for August. Anybody have any must see stops along the way? I will have my wife and 2 kids.

Which way are you crossing through PA? I-90? I-80? PA Turnpike? Some other routing? How much time do you want to spend in PA. There's a million things to see in PA; especially if you've never been here before. However, there's no sense mentioning someplace like Gettysburg if you're planned route is getting to Ohio via I-80 or I-90.

You are right sorry. I-80 would be the route.

We are!! That has always been on my mind as the first place we'd visit for an extended vacation if we ever got a TT. You have everything we love to do as a family.
