Victoria, Vancouver Island BC travels

I have been looking for a nice long term stay Park or Resort for (months) on Vancouver Island near Victoria if possible. I know the border is closed but it will open soon and I would like some advice on where and how to RV Travel in BC.

I was reading on RV.NET earlier this morning that most RV Parks on Vancouver Island are booked through April. Since many Canadians can't travel south for the winter, they are choosing the milder climates on Vancouver Island. You might want to start calling parks to see if there is any availability. Honestly, I can't imagine the border will re-open this year. With most states reporting increases in cases, I just don't see the border re-opening this year.
