Washington State National Parks Trip

We are planning a trip to visit the National Parks in Washington. We want full hook-ups if possible but can get by with just electricity and water. Any campground suggestions or attractions around the parks will be appreciated. Allocating 3 - 4 weeks for the trip from Northern CA.

For the North Cacades Ntnl Park Howard Miller Steelhead Park in Rockport has water and elect. sites and a dump station. There are campgrounds in the park but they don't have any utilities. On the east side there is the KOA in Winthrop, Lake Pearrygin State Park.
