We stayed at Lone Star Jellystone in Waller TX last week.
The kids had a blast. We did have a problem with people driving golf carts through parents' site, which was dangerous for our children. We blocked their path with our trucks, but we shouldn't have had to do this.

We enjoyed the activities and the pools.
Once our kids get bigger, we won't go anymore. It's really very child-oriented, which we like for now, and it's why we go.

We are parked at one in Oklahoma right now. Came here to see my 97 year old grandma and wanted a place for the kids to swim and have fun. It’s 66 bucks a night. Considering this park includes everything jckyding kayaks and paddle boards the price was worth it to us.

We’ll be there the middle of next week with the grandkids. How is it? Any complaints? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

We go to Barton Lake in Fremont, IN. Plenty of swimming pools and a water slide park for the kids, mostly it's for the kids. Mini-Golf, Ice Cream and Pizza on site, Arcade. If we didn't have the kids a state park would do fine. We spent last week there for the kids vacation.

We like the Yogi parks because they're easily accessible, and intended for families with children, and the kids can run about and let off steam all day, in (relative) safety.

For exactly those reasons, we never go there :-)

We are fortunate, in that there is one just a few miles from our favourite CG in the mountains. The big family rigs stop there, and we do an extra few minutes of slightly-white-knuckle towing up the windy roads, to a small, privately owned site with everything we need... trees, stream, minimal hookup, no swimming pools or pizza parlour (although there is always coffee brewing in the office...!)

To each their own... our particular brand of "own", involves doing nothing. And we're good at it :-)

That’s one of only 5 spots on yrbopositebside if there lake. Should be quiet there.

The place is a ghost town today. Very few campers here.

We go to the one in Quarryville PA about once a season. Try to get the opening weekend special as they are pricey. We have a great time and it is a very clean campground. It is one of our favorites.

Yeah..I think you'll like it there. Do you have kids? If so, they'll love it. Never been in the water park they have there but it looks pretty nice. The only problem we had was with our dog. The stone they use are small and sharp and dogs don't like them.

We've never stayed at a Jellystone except that a KOA at which we stayed many times has converted to Jellystone. It's off the 5 near Lodi, CA about 50 miles from Sacramento. The first few times we stayed there as a KOA it was a very nice park, the last few times, the place was going downhill. Not terrible, just not really well kept. If they did a lot of fixin' up and clean-up to join Jellystone, it's got a lot to say for it. I would try to get a feel for the condition of the place before committing to a long stay.

Yogi Bear Daddy Joe's

We have stayed at the Yogi Bear Daddy Joe's in Tabor City, NC. It is very nice, family oriented, lots of activities for children/grandchildren.

The Jellystone Park in / near Portage, IN is between a sewage treatment plant and a busy set of railroad tracks. If the wind is out of the east it'll open your sinuses :-). If in the area the Dunes national lakeshore has a beautiful newer campground worth staying at right on the shores of Lake Michigan. Happy travels!

We just came back from the Jellystone in South Haven Michigan - had two of the grandkids with us - nice, clean and friendly campground - a bit expensive since most of everything the grandkids want to do is an extra charge - otherwise nice place for kids
