Years ago, tent camping. Drove through there last year. Beautiful area, nice beaches and places to explore. Seeing the horses is always neat. Nice local eateries serving the catch of the day. It is also integrated with marshland so skeeters are plentiful as well as horseflies. Google activity at Wallops Flight Facility | NASA and you might get to see a rocket launch.

I have, there are only two electric loops and they are very hard to book, even a year in advance. It's a very popular state park.

We were there last year for a week over Labor Day. Had a great time. Took my generator as you are allowed to run generators from 0900 to 2200. I have an extended marine tank that I hook up and it allows my generator to run for 3 days.

We had fans (12 volt auto fans) we would run at night. Keep food inside as the horses will help themselves if they can get to it.

We were in the D loop. If you go as it is starting to cool down, the bugs are not as bad. Beach is right over the dunes. Kids got up early and took some fantastic sunrise photos.
