Flying J

We were “ kicked out “ of the Flying J in Rapid City SD today
Has anyone else experienced anything similar? We don’t stay at any “ truck stop “ if other options are available ( Wallyworld, Cabela’s. Cracker Barrell or city park when allowed ) but we have spent 15-20 nights at Pilot or Flying Js without any problem until now Les
The note is dated tomorrow??

Rapid City

You picked the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally week to parking-lot. August 2nd to the 11th with 500,000 scooter-trash riders in the area. Management is probably shaking out the free-loaders. 25 miles between Sturgis and Rapid City. We are in Rapid City to do the one-day South Dakota residency. Freakin' crazy but state approved.

Kind of by accident - we are on our way to Minot ND for the FMCA rally and we are pleasantly surprised by how few bikes are in the area Les

Have you noticed that they charge for parking now? They block off 40% of the parking spaces now, say they are Reserved! You have to pay for that parking spot - you must have found a free one, and they did not like it that you were there for more than 45 minutes...
