Heater is out I’m going to freeze

Last month I bought a brand new 2022 Jayco flight toy hauler it’s beautiful everything is great except for when I go to try and use the warrantee when something is broken again it’s been a month I’ve had this trailer and the heater is gone out I live in Oklahoma but I’m going to try and make it to Arizona but if I travel to the desert thinking I won’t need a heater I would be wrong. So I’ve gone to two camping world to have told me that it’s gonna be at least two weeks before I could get it in and I needed to winterize it before I could take it up there so I’m 100% disabled veteran and I’m going to live in my RV for as long as I can stand it so there’s no winterizing. I have called a mobile mechanic who has told me that I had to pay him and then Jayco pays me back has anybody had any experience with this will it take forever I’m disabled I only get a pension

You need to get JAYCO to authorize it first. Also they may have a mobile tech in your area that they work with.

If you stay at hookup sites you can use a little electric space heater instead of the propane furnace. Not too expensive on Amazon. You do need 120 volt power for them to work.

What steps have you taken to try to get the furnace working? Do other propane appliances work? Does the AC work?
