Land prep

The Jayco fifth wheel I just picked up will be replacing my 1979 Coachman on my land in Maine. I have a lot of work to do this summer and I will try to document most of what I plan to do. It will start with a lot of tree clearing once my old trailer is gone and then I have an excavator coming up to prep the area where I plan to pour a new concrete pad and sona tubes for a roof over the trailer next year.

Sounds like a heck of a project. It will be great to see the pics as you progress. Best luck.

That is definately a nice upgrade on the trailer. It seems like we are always doing something on our river lot.

Well we have had a lot of needed rain here lately but unfortunately it has come on the weekends when I can get to camp. (Not good tree cutting weather) And this weekend I am going to the Red Sox game! Go Sox! I hope to get back to land work next weekend.

I'm glad you have been periodically updating this thread. It will be really neat to look back on your progress and see the old and new.

I think I am going to take a well deserved break this weekend! But the excavator should be calling by the end of next week. I will keep you posted!
