Overlander 4 NOT WORKING!

I picked up my 2024 Jayco Eagle 295 RUCD TT June 26th. Originally I ordered this on April 1 and had every option added including the Overlander 4 solar because I prefer camping off grid in the state forests. I was ready to pick it up on June 11 and the dealer called me June 6th the say that Jayco was picking the camper up and taking it back to the plant to do the final R & D on the solar package and the sales rep, Kavin said it would take about 2 days. So I called on Tuesday the 11th and said I want my orientation to take place June 14th. I arrive at 2:30 and during the orientation, the gal says she knows nothing about solar and I said does anyone here know and she said I could contact Jayco and they can walk me through it. As we were outside, she started to show me the auto leveling and all of a sudden everything stopped. The jacks locked up, slides and awning didn't work. The whole time they were trying to figure out what was going on, they could had started on the hitch work. Needless to say it was about 6:30 and I said I am heading home and when you have this fixed, you are bringing it to my house, as I was 2 hours away. So I get a call a week later to say they found out the issue. There was a wire that somehow was stripped of its insulation that was touching a nut and shorting out the system and the Command Pro. I scheduled to go back June 26. There is more to what happened, but my point on this post is to talk about the solar.

I have done a lot of research on solar and the only RV Manufacturers who had good solar packages were Keystone RV and Jayco. The only thing I didn't like about Keystone was the most you could get on a TT was 600 watts of solar and it had to be on a Cougar. I really didn't like any of their floor plans but it didn't work out. I saw Jayco offered 4 solar packages and Overlander 1, 2, 4 and Extreme.
All Jayco models had Overlander 1 installed, with no inverter. After doing more research I was told and watching videos on Jayco's website and apps that the Overlander 2 gave you 400 watts on the roof, 1 30 amp MPPT controller and a 1000 watt inverter. I also learned that Overlander 2 only gave you 2 outlets in the bedroom, 1 for the TV, 1 for the 12v Fridge in kitchen and 1 for the 12v fridge in the outdoor kitchen. I was told the Overlander 4 had 800 watts on the roof, a 60 Amp MPPT controller and a 3000 watt inverter with (2) 100 Amph heated Lithium batteries. I was told all of the outlets would work and I didn't bother looking in to the Extreme, because for me it would be overkill.
Also, I saw on videos on Jayco's website and on Youtube and from the dealer and Jayco's sales reps said the 2023 and 2024 Jayco Eagles with Overlander 2, 4 and Extreme were connected to the Jay Command Pro.
The dealer never showed me anything about where to access the readings or how to use the CommandPro tablet and I never received any instruction books on any of the solar. After contacting Jayco every day, several times a day asking for help on how to use the solar and connect it to my CommandPro. I wanted see how many Amps I had remaining and how many I used that day, 2 or 7 days prior, what my battery voltage was, the temp of the batteries and I finally was told by the customer service department yesterday that nothing communicates to the Command Pro. I asked then where am I to view these readings and she said at your controller. I said do you know where my controller is located? It's 4 ft, exactly in the middle of my front storage and in order for me to view it, I have to physically crawl inside and lay in the small area to view my readings. It turns out the inverter is made my Cotek and from what I read it said it does NOT charge Lithium batteries, only Lead Acid! The controller and batteries are from Renogy. The batteries are Iron Phosphate self heated and are located outside in a steel enclosure behind the propane. The controller is the a Rover and will not connect to the CommandPro as I was told it would. I purchased a BT module to connect the controller to my App, but I have to search for the App on the play store since Renogy never created a shortcut. Are we having fun yet?
Last week I find out I have NO POWER in ANY outlets when I am unplugged. The only thing running off the batteries were the lights, 12 v fridges and the inverter.
I am giving Jayco 1 week to start the process to rectify my situation, or I will take legal action. I didn't drop $13,500 for this BS.
I am open for suggestions and if you know anyone at Jayco I can talk with, I would appreciate that. I called a manager, Tom Britton today at 9am and left a message and did not receive any call!
Posting pics of the NODE and the rats nest inside! I am beyond baffled and bewildered of the inept customer service, lack of quality control and lack of communication.

Issues partly resolved as of this morning.

I was able to finally be connected with the director of operations and they were able to address my concerns, however Jayco's stance is the same, she said the Overlander 4 Package only gives you 2 outlets in the bedroom, the tv in the bedroom, the 12v fridge in kitchen and outside kitchen and the TV in the LR. So , I asked for an Electrical diagram of the camper and she emailed it to me. I kept her on the line as I troubleshot why I wasn't getting any outlets to work with the batteries. I switched the battery shut off to the OFF position. This is the one that every camper has. I tried all the outlets and still nothing, switched it back on. Then checked the GFCI to see if it was tripped, which I did previously. I flipped every breaker off and back on, checked all the outlets again and nothing. Walked back to the bedroom and on the rear side of the cubby where the Cpap goes was a controller for the 3000 Inverter/Charger and saw it was running. So I turned it off and back on from the 1 button on this faceplate remote controller and who would had thought, every outlet finally had power! So I was able to remedy that and made her a liar as she stated to me that the Overlander 4 only had 5 outlets that were operational and that I wasn't able to run my AC without the generator. With her on the line, I turned on the bedroom AC and it ran and the main AC's fan came on as well. Jayco will not accomodate me with replacing a controller that will connect to bluetooth to connect to my phone or the Command Pro system that they stated on their videos in which you could view the status. For right now, I am thrilled I have all outlets operational, as well as the AC. I just need to monitor the batteries and how many Amps I have used.
As soon as I learn how to post pics, I will show.

Inverter

I am looking into upgrading from Overlander 2 - 4. I was wondering if you can share the type of inverter you have as part of the package. I have the Jayco part number but don’t know the make and model of the inverter.

Thanks
