We camped about 50/50 last summer with about 21 days of boon docking and 21 days with hookups. X213 here - but it does depend on how light you are and what you are and where you are going. I know my X213 doesn't have the ground clearance to enjoy some of the really remote spots. We never ran out of juice....200W solar and a single deep cycle. But then again - we slept in the camper, cooked and sometimes used the outside shower (also an awesome idea where no hookups.

It also depends on what you can tolerate. We were lucky in even on the hottest days when it reached 103 near the Yakima River valley it got down into the 70's at night. No AC on batteries...and no generator was carried.
