I'm preparing to go full-time with the intention of boondocking most of the time. In preparation for that, last winter I attended the First Annual Rubber Tramp Rendezvous in Quartzsite. I met a great group of people and learned a lot about fulltiming and boondocking.
Their vehicles were varied from late model Class As and 5ers to vans, remodeled cargo trailers and cars and relic class Cs (like the one I borrowed last year and the one I own now. Some people were full timers and others part time. There were solo Rvers in attendance and couples, too. It was VERY dog friendly and green (as in resource conservative)
Here's a
link to my (not currently active) blog with some pictures and links to other people's blogs that attended the event.

Bob, the organizer and owner of cheaprvliving.com site has scheduled some very informative and informal seminars/discussions. the scheduling is pretty informal, too, so if you have an interest in a particular discussion and the scheduling is a problem he may be able to reschedule.
