How Are YOu Paid For Workcamping?

When you work, do they pay cash or trade for staying in the CG.

It depends on the Campground, the type of work and number of hours worked.

If you are working part time or just a day or two a week, many times it is just a free campsite.
Many State Parks have workcampers help part time and get free camp site in return.

If you are working a 40hr week then it may be a free campsite and some pay.
Many Commercial Campgrounds hire fulltime workcampers during the busy seasons.

Some we have checked into have some paid positions, some free camping with other benefits such as use of washer/dryer and firewood, etc.

It is safe to say there is no standard, you will have to check with the place you are interested in.
