Clean and practically brand new, gently used (6 or 7 times), mainly used for local camping in FL. Peel'n'stick wallpaper for front bed headboard (wife wanted to spiffy it up, you can easily remove). Everything works, everything's been tested. Fridge is ice cold, water heater is nice and hot. STILL UNDER 2 YEAR ORIGINAL WARRANTY!
