30 amp / 25' extension cord - 30 amp surge protector w/lock housing. Also included is an adapter that goes from the 30 amp RV style to a normal 20 amp household receptacle.

Used only one season. No longer needed as we upgraded to a fifth wheel w/50 amp.

I honestly don't remember... I think I was in 3703, but not sure. I know it was flight 320. Got there 10 Feb, 88.
