13.5K btu AC question

We are planning a 10 day trip around 4tn of July. Driving down to FL from NJ. It's obviously gonna be hot. Probably in the upper 90's and maybe even 100 on some days. So is the single 13.5k unit gonna be able to keep our 26bh cool? I know at some sites we will have shade so that will help but for the first 5 days we will be by the beach with no shaded area. We are not paying extra for Electric so I plan on just setting the T-stat to 65 and hoping it does the job.
Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated.

Take a couple fans along to help circulate the air, and keep the blinds/shades closed on the sunny side.

you might want to put that insulation in the windows, the bubble wrap with foil stuff, and the skylite pillow. the a/c will only do 20 degrees below outside ambient temp max. lots of in and out will lower that also.

I live in FL and my 98 Eagle 246 has no issues keeping it cool. Only thing I do is close the blinds and have a small air mover style fan for at night. I'm the type that needs a fan. We do leave the fan mode set to on.

Just got back from Destin, Fla 9 days, had a great time but I have a 15,000Btu in Living room and 13500Btu in bedroom and both units ran a lot but kept frosty. It will be hot but there is always a breeze and summer showers to help keep it cool.

Try parking in a shaded spot if possible. That will help a lot! I know because I live in south Louisiana!
