2 year warranty question

Hello all, I have a 2018 34RSBS Jay flight travel trailer and need to have some warranty work done. My question is do I need to take it to where I purchased it or will any Jayco dealer be able to work on it? Thank you for any help you May be able to provide. By the way, the dealer that I purchased it from has a less than stellar reputation for their service department so I’d rather not go there.

JAYCO does not require you to obtain warranty service from the same dealer the unit was purchased from. However, some DEALERS give service priority to the customers that purchased from them.

If you have problems getting warranty work done, contact Jayco Customer Service. They have authorized mobile RV repair services to make warranty repairs in some cases. As far as I know, the only down-side is that you will need to pay the mobile RV repair company for the initial service call.
