2006 jayco recon

Hi, I’m getting ready to sell my 2006 recon toy-hauler.
I would say it’s a 4 out of 10. Needs work.

Any guesses on what I should price it at??

We looked at an individuals 2010 Recon that's the 45ft. With 3 AC's, genny, 6 new tires , 1 1/2 baths,etc. pretty clean but it had 3 problems I just wasn't ready to deal with as we are in process of building new house. The fridge was out, no auto level, and no heavy shackles-wet bolts. It may not have had slide toppers either but can't remember & I deleted my photos of it.
They wanted 22,500 but been watching it and now listed @ 18000. Been on CL about 4 mos now. Prices are falling IMHO so you may not like what you can get

I’m going to list at $5000.

If homes or anything is priced right it will always sell.
