2008 Melbourne toilet issue

The toilet in my Jayco Melbourne 29D has a leak on the back where the water line attaches to the toilet. The piece that is on the toilet is cracked, the water line itself is fine. I am wondering if this piece is replaceable or if I need to purchase a new toilet? I believe it is a Thedford but when I search for the part I have not found it.

Thank You!

That's what I was afraid of. I took the toilet off and tore it down and there is no way I can see to remove this portion. I am going to try epoxy as I need it for the upcoming weekend. Hope it holds !
