When we are connected to the city water connection the hot water comes from the cold (right) knob. Any ideas? When on the fresh water tank the system works normal (hot on left cold on right).

Double check that your water heater bypass is set correctly and also that your outside shower (if you have one), it closed as well. I would then look under the sink there the pump is located and see if you can trace the pipes. In most instances, you will have the pump output, then a T going to the city fill - then off to the rest of the cold water. I guess this could happen if your city was connected to the hot instead, but wow - that would be a major mistake....
I checked the hot water tank by-pass first and it is set correctly. It does effect all the faucets. And the hose in the sun was lokked at but we let it run for a long time and made sure it was in the shade. I'll have to check the connection near the pump. It was our first outing the trailer is nice and worked out well. All the folks we camped with asked me the same questions you folks did and believe I had plenty of "let me look at it" helpers :hihi:
