2014 Jayflight- Heater Gas or Electric?

Dumb question.. does my heater run on electric just like my a/c does or do I need to open my propane?
I tried it with no propane open and it starts, I hear it but it’s cool air and then switches off. Help! Thank you.

Your furnace runs on gas. It will attempt to start and then shut down after a few moments when there is no gas to fire the burner.
