2015 38 Flsa and1999 f350 dually

Wife and I are looking at a 2015 Flsa but have been told by the dealer that a 1999 f350 4x4 long box 7.3 diesel would not be able to tow this unit. Looking for some thought from other owners

Thanx

The GCWR of that truck is 20,000lbs. - You would be cutting it VERY VERY close on a SRW model - on a DRW you would have a little more margin, but not much.

Our 38FLSA loaded is right around 16.5K to 17K (2 people, for 9 days or less)

Do you know your actual tongue wt? That will IMO be a key figure to consider. I pull with a newer F350, SRW but my tongue wt is 2800. Well within my trucks specs.
