2017 27DSRL White Hawk Tank Quiz

Trying to figure out the math on the grey/black and water holding tanks, on our previous outing our fresh water tank was reading 2/3 full, our gray water tank was reading 2/3 full and the black water tank was reading 1/3 full, according to the trailer specs the fresh water tank is 42 gallons, the grey is 30.5 and the black is 30.5 as well, doing the math on these I don't see how the grey water tank can be that full when we never used that amount of fresh water? Maybe some one can help verify this, I know that the sensors in these tanks are not that accurate but according to my calculations these are way off.

Don't look at the lie sensors for the Black and Grey Tank, they are not accurate and are crap since the 70's. We never look at them you'll know by using your tanks how long they will last. It is what we call simple mathematics.

Its not that they are slightly off, they just don't work. They don't register full when full or near empty when they are empty or whatever.

FORGET THEY ARE EVEN THERE and just get a feel for how quickly you fill a waste tank or empty the fresh water. Keep a 6 gal jug handy if the fresh tank goes dry. Gross but an occasional glance down into the crapper will give you a visual on the black tank. If you overfill the grey tank it will back up into the shower. I put an X made out of 2x4s on the shower base since we store a laundry basket and the vacumn in there when not using the shower.
