2018 Hummingbird RK
Need help. Following are issues we have had with our Jayco. Is this normal? We don't think so. We bought our camper brand new from Camping World in Oakwood, GA. November 2018.
Following is a list of items we have had repaired or replaced. All by the dealer.
Convection oven
Hot water heater
Converter box
Outside stereo speakers
Outside rope light
Outside LED marker lights
Battery (Twice in shop for this. Won't hold a charge)
Various trim separating
Light fixtures inside broken - two different times
Black and gray water tanks - sensors
Black and gray water - somehow is backwards. Gray says black and black says gray...but we found out the hard way which is the black. Twice in the shop for this.
No handle for the jack upon purchase
No lug nut for the spare - you can't find these at your local hardware store
Mattress is absolute junk. Bumpy and roles towards your heavy partner
And last but not least, last night after finally getting settled at the campground for a weekend we have been planning since January, the kitchen sink drain line busted in several pieces. Adding insult to injury, after cleaning up the water that was pouring out from under the cabinets, we found the kitchen sink cracked half way across and leading to the drain. We have not had water in this camper since June 2018. Since then my I have dry camped since my husband doesn't camp much anymore. Every time we camp something is wrong. So stressful. No such thing as rest and relaxation with our Hummingbird. None of our campers have ever given us this much grief.
Please help with suggestions.
