28.5 RSTS Water pump sucking air.

Pretty much sums it up. Wonder if pump blew a valve. Won't hold pressure , hardly no pressure. It seems it worked . Wish I had seen that the other day, but I thought it was working, and had it in to get the new awning repaired.

Remove the basement wall beside the wet bay and take a look. All of 6 screws. Make sure plumbing to pump is attached. I'm sure you verified your freshwater tank is not empty...

Check filter o ring

I had similar problem and found my inline water filter, not the blue ones, had a kink in the o ring preventing a good seal.

Check for the winterization valve to be in the correct position. If it is set to winterize it will just suck air.

Go with what bjones211 said. Before taking off the panel to look at the back side of the Nautilus fittings, just make sure your valves are set correctly in the water bay.

Happy it was a simple adjustment. Now you know why it does that.

If you don't mess up every now and then you probably not doing anything. That's where wisdom comes from.
