Does anyone know who makes the triple bypass glass door that is installed in the 317 RLOK? I need to replace the latches on the first and last door.
The hardware on our bypass shower door is faulty on both ends. The latches are secured to the door with a small allen head set screw. The set screw is too short so it does not secure the opposing side of the latch, thus the screw is barely through the hole in the glass door.
Additionally the rearward latch is not the correct assembly as it has a radius that prevents the door from resting securely in the receiver at the wall rail.
If anyone has had this same experience please let me know where you found the correct hardware to fix.
