Yup.



After 2 weeks/ 2 separate trips to the shop:



They are really dragging their feet at ford corporate. Now it has been there for two weeks straight+

I'm going to forward those videos to a friend of mine. He manages service for a large municipal fleet that runs hundreds of Fords. I'll see if he has any insight. He has direct access to Ford dealer level support etc.

Thanks. Leading contender is the harness that snakes down to the transmission. Ford is dragging its feet about diagnosing and sending parts. Very irritating, I have to think shipping out parts is cheaper than buying back the truck, and might actually help customer retention, but what do I know?
