It's not a local, the guy travels from one Walmart to the next from Washington to Florida. It effects RV'ers in general because in the eyes of Corporate Walmart all over night stayers are the same, they do not differentiate between class A's, B's, C's, vans, trail trailers, ect. It's extremely short sighted to think otherwise.
