ADCO Cover Warranty

Has anyone got experience with the ADCO cover warranty?

I purchased the cover in October 2012 from Camping World, then last spring (2013) I removed the cover and there was two tears on the roof. I did not want to go through the hassle of mailing it back to the US from Canada so I just put the patches on. One year on and the patches did not stay on this winter, they came off before the end of December. In hindsight I should have contacted ADCO straight away, anyway I emailed them yesterday and they got back to me today. They advised to send in pictures, reciept and the tag on the cover with date of manufacture and one of their warranty reps will examine it.

Just wondered if anyone had used the ADCO warranty and what was their experience?

I will post what happens on here when I send in the pictures.

Cheers.

I'm actually in the process of trying to get my cover warranted. Only had mine 8 months and the material started flaking apart. I've emailed all the information they asked for and am just waiting to hear back at this point.

We had a problem with a seam opening up on our Adco cover. We emailed them and explained the problem. They requested pictures and the product code from the label, also a copy of the original receipt. We did have to pay a very small shipping charge but they sent us a brand new cover. Customer service was excellent and everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the recent ice storm in GA dropped some tree branches on the new cover and ripped it open in the front. Luckily, there was no damage to the trailer. Now we will have to buy the next one!!

I had one on my first TT it lasted 3 months until it ripped. ADCO had me send the tag cut out as well as a portion of the rip for them to examine. Upon examination I was provided a replacement cover after about 4 weeks. ADCO sent it directly to my house.

Hope you have success with them.

As an update, ADCO got back to me the next day I have just been too busy to post an update. They are replacing the cover under warranty, they have asked me to look at upgrading the cover to a custom instead of a universal cover.......I am going to check them out this weekend, anyone got a custom ADCO cover?

Just purchased an Adco for my 154BH.... unfortunately, it took 6 weeks to receive and I missed one of the worst winters in recent memory.

I spoke with ADCO today and they are sending a brand new cover for $50 shipping, it would have been $35USD if it was not in Canada.

Very impressed by the customer service!!!!!
