I bought from them and had a great experience. I did not buy the extended warranty though and never needed them to do any work on my camper.

Are you buying a 2018 and deciding if you should get the extended warranty? Or already bought the 2018 and having issues getting work done under the extended warranty?

I have the extended warranty on my 2017 Precept. Have not had to use it yet. Not a fan of the service at Albany RV. I sent you a PM

already have the extended warranty - they changed it since we bought it and now want to charge us for on site repairs - ridiculous!

Extended warranties are a scam. I would never waste my money on one, whether it be a RV, car, refrigerator or Harbor Freight Chinese electric drill. Never cost effective.

Not needing it is the main reason, but failure to deliver is proverbial.

I have bought 2 rv from Albany rv. They have terrible service. I fell for the extended warranty. They have changed it. How they can do that a year later puzzles me. They will not go on site for repairs. They still advertise that they will. I went to Albany to talk to them about that change all they did was blow me off.

When I found out the regular warranty service was non existent at my selling dealer, I got a refund on the extended warranty. Like 3800.00 worth. Smartest move I ever made. If I need service I can't handle, I'll find someone reliable and then pay cash.

Yes, that was my complaint as well considering their video with Mr. Strollo definately states on site repairs are at NO CHARGE. They and he blew me off as well when I questioned it.
