Amps? And quick easy skirting

I just bought a 98 Jayco Designer Class C. How do I find out how many amps it runs off of? I'm about to pull into an RV park for the winter and they asked what I needed a 30 or 50 amp plug in. I have no idea.

And whats the quickest, easiest, and most efficient method of skirting for winter in your opinion?

thanks in advance.

IF you have a 3 pin pug you have 30 amps a 4 pin plug is 50 amps
You can use 1" Styrofoam sheeting for under the RV for insulation value.
