My wife and I ordered a 2021 WhiteHawk 27rb in November and were told early January for an arrival date it almost April and my dealer told me yesterday he has no idea when it will arrive. He said our unit is waiting the nose cap.

Jayco delay

Talked to my dealer yesterday he said they have no idea when to expect our White Hawk. They told us the factory reps will not give any time line on delivery they don’t know. We’ve had ours ordered for five months now thinking seriously about buying another brand that is on a lot. We are really disappointed as we want the White Hawk we ordered!!

Same problem w/ repairs. My 2018 30.5 CKTS had a tree fall on the roof during a hurricane last Aug. shop didn't have me drop it of until Nov. then they couldn't complete the roof repair because they couldn't get the vent fans. I was able to purchase them myself in Jan. and I'm just getting it back next week.

Another reason for delays... Manufacturer's can't find workers. From RV BUSINESS:

As RV demand surges, manufacturers in Indiana’s RV-building center of Elkhart County are still struggling to find enough workers to keep up, and one state official suspects the county may be “tapped out” when it comes to available labor.

Are there really long delays at the factory ????
Just curious - Did you order a Pinnacle - what model?

We ordered a Pinnacle 36FBTS on Feb 5, 2021 - my salesman is telling me they will be building Pinnacles in May so hopefully by end of May or into June - haven't heard the July yet.

That raises the question - if it goes out to July will it ne a 2022 Year Model?

I have some confidence my unit will arrive soon. I recently flipped my order to a Precept. They are expecting it to be finished at the end of May - however as of Friday they actually have a Jayco VIN for it. I’m told if they cut a VIN for it, they’re pretty confidant they’ll get it built.

I ordered my 2021 Seismic 4212 back on Feb 9th and was told it would be on the mid April run (probably with the Pinnacles). He said with the full body paint option it would probably be mid to late May. My dealer hasn't heard any updates as of last week. So I am wondering how long mine will be delayed. If my current RV sells too soon, I will be RV-less for the summer while waiting for it to show up.
