As we sit at home

What are you thinking about doing to your RV come spring time? We are planning to seal up the deck and do some landscaping around the camper.

New TV, instead of stealing the play room tv every trip. Hopefully installing a large inverter to make boondocking more comfortable for DW. Install some sheet insulation under the beds. Install the struts I bought for our bed.

I cannot wait to de-winterize, put the battery back in, check the tires, load her up and get going on the road. Anything beats this sub-freezing cold we have been experiencing this winter.

Since we will be leaving our trailer in Az when summer comes we will be shopping for something a little smaller for summer use on our river lot. So, once again the search for the perfect trailer will be on.

Finally being able to keep my TT at my home where I can do things to it rather than it being miles away in some storage yard. Should be able to do that in about a month or two, depending on the weather which, so far, hasn't been cooperative at all.

Spending my days pouring over forums and such, a lot of time price shopping etc. We didn't even get our new TT until the first of January but was able to take it out the next week as we had an unexpected above normal temperature over the weekend. We had a lot of our gear from our popup but added a few things. Made a nice large list when we took her out of both mods and more "stuff" we couldn't live without. I am still looking for the poles to my horseshoe's.. They are in the garage somewhere....

We're planning a weekend getaway some time in February, so here's my list for the week before the trip:

-Roof inspection, seal the cracks with Dicor
-Sanitize fresh water
-Give her a bath
-Keep searching for the perfect LEDs...
-Install Roadmaster Active Suspension on the TV

Adding to it every day. It never seems to end!

I'm looking forward to unloading my X17z and towing home my X213. Than I'm looking forward to running all the systems and getting the furnace broken in/vent those break-in fumes. Still have a lot of accessories to buy going from a single axle trailer to a dual.

Aside from the normal de-winterization, I'll be installing the new electric tongue jack and backup camera I got for Christmas and getting some use out of the new Weber Q w/quick connect mod!

I never got around to installing my Steady Fast stabilizer bars, so that's the first thing on the list as soon as I get a free weekend.
