Atwood hot water burned repacement

I have an Atwood G6A-7 hot water tank and need to replace burner valve. I have bought replacement kit 91602 The existing valve will not spin out the threats look to have pipe dope should not be stuck together. I have tried pipe wrench and pipe clamp. Don’t want to snap it off. Suggestions? Thx

The solution is heat it a little. But be sure there's no propane in the line and the line is blown through with air.

How do you stop insulation around tank from burning melting?

get a vegetable can of a piece of tin (cut to fit if necessary). Have the flame right on the joint.
To install again use pipe dope (not Yellow Teflon tape).

Why not yellow Teflon tape made for gas?

Because with pipe dope the connection doesn't turn, with Teflon tape is does. An RV is a moving object you don't want things to become loose.

I applied lots of heat and pipe wrench could not turn out burner valve. I took a cut off wheel and cut off main housing. Applied more head and still could not turn with pipe wrench or pound with chissel Suggestions?

That doesn't seem to me a burner valve, looks like the temp/pressure release valve.
Soak a couple of days with W40 or PB Blaster. Use a pipe wrench with extension (pipe).

This is the best picture I have before I cut up burner housing to get better access to the threads. It is not a pressure release valve.
