awning

my awning is stuck open. i have a new 2021 jay feather. i opened for a bit being i was packing the outdoor kitchen before i go out this weekend. it currently is raining, and it is tilted for drainage. i tries to move so it has power
help!!!

I have had mine tilted before and it still built up so much water it wouldn't retract. I had to fully tilt it to get all the water off.

I'm not positive, but it might not close if you have it tilted or the extra weight of the water might prevent the weak motors from rolling it up.
