Smile Awning Warranty

Back in August or so our awning refused to roll completely up so we tied it up with cords and came home as was late evening. By time we got home there were some tears in the awning fabric. Our local Jayco dealer (Wagner's in Cleveland Wi. got us right in and fixed the pinched awning wire and filed for warranty on the fabric. Jayco agreed to replace the fabric as the unit still under the 2 year warranty. We decided to wait till camping season was over and have it done and just used Gorilla tape to tape the fabric back together. Today we just picked it up at the dealership as they wanted it for 3-4 days and it looks and works like new. Thank you Jayco for honoring the warranty and a special thanks to Wagner's for doing a great job on service. We have only had a couple of small issues with the unit and have been very happy with its quality. This is why we continue to buy Jayco's and from our local dealer.

Great when warranty service is provided quickly and easily. Obviously, no one wants warranty service, but when one does, one hopes it goes as well as your's did.

My daughter & son-in-law got great service from their Jayco dealer when they had problems with their popup camper and it was a newbee operator error! That's one reason we went to the same dealer and even ended up with the same salesman 2 years after they bought theirs. They were all very polite and helpful, from the sales floor to the maintenance shop.
