Awnings & Slides Stopped Working from Control Panel

We are currently on an all week trip thru Branson MO up thru IL. Both awnings and the 2 lippert slides stopped responding to the switches in the control panel but work fine from the LCI touch panel. Slide 3 still works with the switch and touch control.

I was thinking maybe a fuse but have not found it. The labels in the fuse panel aren’t that helpful. The fuse labeled MON PANEL is fine. Any ideas?

Have you pulled the panel to check for a loose wire? The 12v supply to the switches is probably daisy chained.

Grumpy,

Thanks for your response. We have been on the road and just dropped it off for a couple days while we visit family in IL so I haven’t had a chance to pull the panel.

I did call the dealer while on the road to see if they had an idea/easy fix and they seemed stumped and were going to check with the vendor to see. I mentioned your idea of pulling the panel to check for a loose connection and he thought that was a good idea. Meanwhile he will be checking with the component vendor/supplier.

I will post what I/we eventually find out so that others can use if they run into the same issue.

Thanks again!

My assumption is also a loose connection somewhere. We had a similar issue, though it was only one slide that didn’t work, and the dealer was able to track down a loose connection somewhere - I searched high and low and couldn’t find the issue.

Update

Curious what the cause was, I too am experiencing same issue with my brand new 34BHOK. It worked at walked through, drove home to show off to family and nothing. Any insight would be appreciated.
