Bad Weather locally

Friday 6-17 Here in the Augusta, Ga. area, People camping at the Mistletoe State Park got some severe weather. Lots of rain and wind then a micro-burst of 115 miles per hr. About 50 trees down. Property damage. Luckily there was only one injury, a 5yr.old broke her arm.Here are some pictures of the results.

Wow Rick, I did not know it had gotten that bad. We had a few limbs down but no other damage. The bad part was we lost power early and it was off for over 10 hours. I guess that is not so bad. I got the generator fired up after a couple hours and let it run through the night. Nothing spoiled and we had running well water as well as lights and fans. Had to shut the AC and other 220's down. Other than that, we made out like a bandit!

We has some of that same storm in Charleston. Not as severe but our power was out for almost 3 hours. My Honda 200i got a little workout on some things inside the house. No wind damage other than every stick in the county in our yard.
